Water is the most important food for our bodies. We are made up of small cells and in every cell there is water which is the most important building component of it. Thanks to water certain processes in our bodies can occur. We couldn’t live without water. When we talk about water we don’t only mean mineral water but also juices, teas, fruits and vegetables. I’m sure that you have noticed that on a hot day you can quench thirst by eating a juicy refreshing watermelon. Please remember however that the healthiest drink is water itself.
